Licences and the New Zealand position
Spin Palace holds AGCC eGambling licence 155 C1, issued on 15 December 2020, through Baytree (Alderney) Limited. There is no New Zealand online casino licence yet, so no NZ-licensed casino exists. The Online Casino Gambling Act 2026 set up a licensing regime run by the Department of Internal Affairs, and the DIA's online casino page says it is being phased in and should be fully running in 2027. Bonus terms and limits
